Weather Policy

· Ultimate Watersports reserves the right to cancel your event due to "dangerous weather".

· Dangerous weather is defined by lightning, high winds (in excess of 15mph), waves (in excess of 18"), hail, heavy rain and fog or limited visibility.

· In the event we cancel, you may reschedule to another date of your choice (based on availability) in the same calendar year, with no loss of deposit.

· Ultimate Watersports typically will not cancel due to brief showers, light rain or "sprinkles".
